Shipping Policy
Processing Times
Orders are generally processed within two to three business days. Processing time refers to order preparation and does not include shipping time. Customers receive a confirmation email once the order has been shipped.
Shipping Costs & Service Area
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
Additional fees imposed by carriers may be passed on to the customer.
Simply Leash currently ships within the United States only.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
Available shipping options and estimated delivery dates are displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and cannot be guaranteed.
Delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or events outside our control are not the responsibility of Simply Leash.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, customers must notify us within seven days of delivery and provide photos of the issue.
We will investigate and, when appropriate, ship a replacement at no extra cost.
Responsibility After Shipment
Once a package is handed to the carrier, responsibility for timely delivery transfers to the carrier.
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers must file a claim directly with the carrier.
Simply Leash cannot issue refunds for orders confirmed as delivered.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error cannot be refunded.
Address updates may be possible if requested before the order is shipped.
