Refund Policy

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

- The leash must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

- All packaging and accessories must be included.

- Items showing signs of wear, chewing, dirt, or damage caused by use cannot be refunded.

- Custom or personalized leashes are not eligible for returns unless defective.

Once your request is approved, you will receive return instructions and a return shipping address.

Unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our end, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. We will replace the item or provide a refund at no additional cost.

Lost or stolen Packages

Simply Leash is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as delivered.
If this occurs, please file a claim directly with the carrier.

Warranty

All Simply Leash products include a 90-day workmanship warranty covering manufacturing defects.
Damage caused by pets, chewing, normal wear and tear, misuse, or alterations is not covered.
